Cardinal Comb & Brush Manufacturing Corp. has agreed to buy contract packaging company Pro-Pak Inc. for an undisclosed price.
The deal, said Cardinal Comb President Anthony J. Mazzaferro, will present new packaging options for Cardinal customers and give Pro-Pak customers an injection molding option.
Both companies are in Leominster, Mass., with Pro-Pak in a leased facility. Pro-Pak will move its operations to Cardinal Comb's site, with the shift to be completed by the end of August, the same time the sale is to close.
