"Developers are now making money,'' said Konny Zsigo, president of WirelessDeveloper.com.
It's a relatively small although very important event-some of those creating applications for mobile-phone users are getting paid to do so. And though the paychecks won't soon break the bank, those in the industry are no longer positioning for a future cash windfall, but instead are divvying up actual profits.
