LITTLETON, CO -- Unicircuit Inc. (unicircuit.com) has signed a letter of intent to acquire the Multek plant ha Roseville, MN, PCD&M has learned.
In a written statement, Unicircuit lauded the "state-of-the-art facility and extremely well-trained workforce," and said the plant "will continue to produce high reliability, technology-driven products."
