Celebrity deaths haven't just come in threes in 2003, they've come in waves. Among the A-list celebrities who have passed away are icons Gregory Peck, Katharine Hepburn, Bob Hope and Johnny Cash.
Other deaths of note have included TV's Fred "Mister" Rogers, director Elia Kazan, dancer Donald O'Connor, writer George Plimpton, playwright Herb Gardner, actor John Ritter, New York Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan and Hitler propagandist Leni Riefenstahl.
And seven of those were just last month.
