"When a person rents a vehicle, there's often a lot of confusion about what coverage is available to people who might be liable if that rental vehicle gets involved in an accident," according to attorney Scott Vida. "The reason there's a lot of confusion is because there are so many different possible sources of liability insurance coverage that could apply to the accident."
