Coodetec (Cooperativa Central Agropecuaria de Desenvolvimento Tecnologico e Economico Ltda) from Cascavel (Parana) is developing in laboratory the baculovirus anticarsia - one of the main biological insecticides used to fight the soy worm. The pilot project started this year and the company plans to produce in industrial scale as of 2004.
