HEALTH AND Beauty America's (HBA) 12th annual global expo held last week in New York once again highlighted several new products, trends and technologies for the cosmetic, fragrance and personal care industries. Under the HBA's product development conferences, specialty chemicals companies such as BASF, ISP, Rohm and Haas, Uniqema and Dow Corning, among others, discussed the latest trends and technologies in hair care, skin care and personal care applications.
