A PRO-HUNTING nurse accused of using her professional status to promote bloodsports has been told she will not face misconduct proceedings.

The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) will take no further action against paediatric nurse Sarah Bell, who posed in two pictures for a Countryside Alliance poster campaign.

In one she wore a hunting uniform and was pictured next to the slogan 'Now They Hate Her?' and in the other she was dressed as a nurse alongside the words 'Now They Don't?' The NMC received complaints about the poster, but has decided to take no action.
