Astron joins hands with Australia's Alkane Exploration to develop Dubbo Zirconium Project
Shanghai. October 10. INTERFAX-CHINA - China's largest buyer of zircon sand, Astron Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Australian-listed Astron Minerals Limited, headquartered in Shenyang, the capital of northeastern China's Liaoning Province, announced that it has signed an agreement with Australia's Alkane Exploration Ltd. to earn a 50% stake in the Dubbo Zirconium Project (DZP), in Australia, the Chairman and General Manager of Astron, Alex Brown, confirmed to Interfax.
