Oct. 13--A Henry County developer said his business was devastated because he couldn't build houses on an unpaved road.
"I had to lay off people, people that are like my kids. I feel like I betrayed them due to somebody misleading me," Len Brewer testified in Superior Court on Friday.
Brewer is asking the court to order Henry County to approve his project. Senior Judge Bill Smith deferred ruling until attorneys file written briefs.
