A donation from a Sauk County business means a hunter sight-in program cut by the Dane County Sheriff's Office because of budget constraints will return.

Wilderness Fish & Game and Ace Hardware in Sauk City has agreed to donate up to $3,500, the difference between the cost of the program and the revenues generated, said Lt. Jeff Teuscher.

Middleton and Madison police and the Wisconsin Air National Guard have offered to help staff the program at the Dane County Law Enforcement Training Center on Highway 19 in the town of Westport.
