WASHINGTON, D.C, Oct. 14 (AScribe Newswire) -- The Institute for International Economics will host a luncheon to discuss the upcoming leadership decisions at the major international economic organizations. The International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and World Trade Organization must make decisions on their top managements in about two years. We believe that the selection process needs to be substantially improved, to avoid the somewhat disorderly developments that surrounded the most recent episodes at a couple of the institutions, and thus want to initiate careful consideration thereof at this fairly early moment.
