Oct. 13--EDINBURG, Texas--From vacancies at RV parks to gaps in golf tee times, Winter Texans simply have not been out and about for the past two years, a new study shows.
But with terrorism fears slightly under control and the economy on the road to recovery, Rio Grande Valley retailers are expecting a rebound year.
