MANILA, PHILIPPINES - The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will begin the second phase of a program to enhance Mongolia's public sector accountability and efficiency with the help of a loan package totaling US$15.5 million equivalent approved today.
The program will support the implementation of public sector administrative and financial management reforms started under ADB's Governance Reform Program (GRP), which was funded by a $25 million equivalent loan approved in December 1999.
