You are not psychic. You have not had a past life. And if you did, you were not royalty; you sold eight-track players. Still, these new releases will seem awfully familiar to you.
"The Italian Job" (Paramount, PG-13): At a time when people suffer shocking injuries from their pet tigers and Teutonic celebrity gropers win public office, little seems certain. But I can make this one empirical statement: Marky Mark is no Michael Caine. Still, the remake of the 1969 caper adventure is pretty entertaining and showed surprising box-office staying power.
