GenCorp Inc. once again is cleaning house at its GDX Automotive unit.
If the price were right, the company probably would sell the non-core business, Terry Hall, GenCorp CEO and president, said during a recent conference call with analysts and the media.
Michael Bryant has resigned as president of the sealing unit and vice president of the corporation, according to an Oct. 3 statement released by GenCorp. Bryant headed GDX since April 2002, when he succeeded Joseph Gray, who left the firm in January 2002.
