Interstate Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: IHR), the nation's largest independent hotel management company, today announced that it had signed a long-term agreement to manage the soon-to-be-opened Inn at Middletown in historic Middletown, Conn. The property is owned by Middletown Hotel Associates L.P., who transformed the city's National Guard Armory from a revered historical landmark into a 100-room luxury hotel.
