Chalk another one up for the little gal.
Days after Santa Barbara footwear giant Global Brand Marketing Inc. and Hollywood's The Firm announced their intention to launch Pony's Juice Magazine, a quarterly reflecting the athletic brand's "outlaw aesthetic," an angry letter from a tiny Venice publisher forced them to back off.
In the Sept. 18 announcement that the title was being rethought, Global Brand Marketing and The Firm, which own the shoemaker, said "The new title will be released at a later date."
