JOE MARVELL Production manager, DNA
Have you always wanted to be a production manager? I originally studied interior design, then worked in banking as a project manager, then account manager. Prior to DNA, I worked for Euro RSEG Interaction as head of production and senior project manager. I'm in charge of management, recruitment and communication. It's my job to kick off and tell everyone what to do.
Sounds stressful Not really, I'm a freakishly tidy and organised person. I never get stressed. I'm completely unflappable. People around me go mad but I stay calm.
