ANN ARBOR, Mich., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Bill W. Fowler has been appointed director of maintenance for Con-Way Transportation Services, Inc. (Con-Way) the $2.1 billion trucking and logistics arm of CNF Inc. .
In his new position, Fowler will be responsible for managing the maintenance of all Con-Way component company fleet assets. This will include regular preventive maintenance programs and procedures, evaluation and purchase of equipment, annual maintenance plan budget, expenditures and administration, and maintenance vendor relationships. He is succeeding Nick Stone, a 14-year Con-Way employee, who is retiring from the company.
