Changchun No.2 Thermopower Plant begins expansion
Shanghai. October 16. INTERFAX-CHINA - An official at the planning office of the Changchun No.2 Thermo Power Plant told Interfax that the second phase expansion of the plant began on October 10. The plant is located in Changchun, the capital of northeastern China's Jilin Province.
The first phase of the power plant currently operational involves two units generating both heat and power, and each with an output capacity of 200,000 kW.
