KATONAH - When William A. Kelly founded his construction firm in 1932, he probably didn't realize that 59 years and three generations later his company would be Westchester's largest builder of private custom condominiums for outside investors.
Kelly's son, Ed, who joined the Katonah-based firm in 1963, marks the third generation in the family's business. As president and chief executive officer, he plans to carry on his father's philosophy while incorporating new ideas and maintaining the Kelly tradition of quality in construction and the development business.
