Oct. 15--The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority has backed off a potential lawsuit against the National Football League over its refusal to allow Las Vegas-themed advertising to air during broadcasts of its games.
"I know when enough is enough," convention authority board member Oscar Goodman said Tuesday. "I'm ready to put up the white flag at this point in time."
