Oct. 15--BURLEY, Idaho--JB's Family Restaurants in Twin Falls, a long-time Blue Lakes Boulevard North business, has closed its doors. But its Burley counterpart not only remains open but has promised changes that should benefit the community.
Eight months ago the first hint that changes were on the way for some JB's locations came when managers were given the opportunity to buy franchises for the corporate-owned restaurants.
The Burley JB's manager went for the deal, while the Twin Falls manager opted for other career moves.
