California's Inland Empire Begins to Draw Outside Real Estate Investment.

Oct. 13--The Inland Empire leads the nation in several commercial and industrial real estate categories, and is beginning to attract the attention of major investors, although the region still suffers from an image problem, according to an official of the nation's second largest real estate investment firm.

"This is the most active market in the country today," said Michael McGowan, vice president of Deutsche Bank RREEF at the Inland Empire Economic Partnership's Real Estate Update Oct. 8.
