ACT medical products firm readies $25m public listing.

ITL Corporation is set to become the fifth Canberra-based company to list on the Australian Stock Exchange. A public float to raise $A25m for the medical products manufacturer closed heavily over-subscribed, with institutional investors keen to take shares. The funding will be for the acquisition of a Melbourne company, Surgicare, which makes procedural kits for hospital operating theatres and holds a 35 per cent market share.
