SAN FRANCISCO Oct. 17 (AScribe Newswire) -- The Terminator is poised to say "Asta la vista, baby" to the economic Grinch that stole California's holiday retail sales the past two years.
A University of San Francisco business professor says signs point to a national increase in holiday sales and said he expects California's retailers will rush to capitalize on the state's new "people's" governor.
