IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 17, 2003
AAA Texas has selected the NEC building at State Hwy. 161 (George Bush Turnpike) and Highway 114 in Irving as its new Texas regional headquarters.
The automobile club has entered into negotiations to initially lease 80,000 square feet on floors five, six and seven of the building. The 12-year lease allows for expansion up to 150,000 square feet.
