Oct. 19--Frequent fliers earn free flights, grocery shoppers save with club cards and good drivers get breaks on auto insurance.
Now, living a healthy lifestyle also can earn you perks.
As employees enter another season of open enrollment in the coming weeks, health-care organizations and employers are wooing them with programs that offer prizes and cash rewards for engaging in healthful activities.
Anything from jogging to joining Weight Watchers can earn someone "healthy credits" the same way frequent fliers log miles.
