Bangkok, Oct 19 (ANTARA) - Indonesia was attempting to approach Taiwan to help develop the country's small and middle scale industry, Trade and Industry Minister Rini Soewandi said here on Saturday. "The meeting is aimed to formulate a joint program, under the framework of the Asia and Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), to develop the Indonesia's small and middle scale industry on the ground that Taiwan is seen as a successful country in this sector," she told the press after a meeting with Taiwanese Minister for Econoic Affair, Lin Yi-fu.
