TROY, Mich., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Delphi Product & Service Solutions, part of Delphi Corp. , announced the appointment of Lucia V. Moretti, 38, as marketing director effective Nov. 1, 2003. She will report to David C. Barbeau, general director, global sales and marketing, Delphi Product & Service Solutions.
