A look at the year's new product notables
Prepared Foods' editors and the Gorman's New Product News staff highlight innovative products from the past year. Of over 10,301 new food products introduced in 1990, only a small portion drew media attention and, only a fraction of those products could be considered truly innovative. It is into this latter category that the following products fall.
