Why stop at infants? Baby food processors are seeking youthful opportunities in toddler foods.
Infant food growth may slow to a crawl. But baby food marketers have taken their first steps to expand their franchise base beyond baby foods and infant formulas. The new target is toddler foods.
Some 29% of the new products introduced in this category last year were toddler-related, according to Gorman's New Product News.
