NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 2003
Jennifer Lopez, Coty Inc. and Sweetface Fashion Company, LLC and Glow Industries, Inc. announced today that they have settled the trademark infringement suit brought by Glow Industries in Federal Court in California. Pursuant to a settlement agreement, all parties have agreed to dismiss the pending claims and counter-claims in the litigation.
