Oct. 22--NRT Inc., the largest real estate brokerage in the country, has bought Paulette Koch Real Estate Inc., one of Palm Beach's major real estate firms, for an undisclosed amount.
The deal was announced Tuesday by The Corcoran Group of New York, a subsidiary of NRT and New York's largest residential real estate brokerage.
Parsippany, N.J.-based NRT also bought Cook Pony Farm Real Estate Inc. in East Hampton, N.Y. Terms of that deal were not announced, either. Both companies agreed to merge under The Corcoran Group. The new company posted more than $5 billion ...
