Alabama National BanCorporation (NASDAQ/NMS: ALAB) ("ANB"), headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, and Indian River Banking Company, headquartered in Vero Beach, Florida ("Indian River"), today jointly announced the signing of a definitive agreement providing for the acquisition of Indian River by ANB.
