Oct. 23--California-based restaurant chain Baja Fresh Mexican Grill has partnered with two Twin Cities businessmen to open more than 20 restaurants in the metropolitan-area market over the next five years.
The company has signed Mike Givens and Denny Hecker as its key franchise partners to develop the St. Paul-Minneapolis market, said Baja Fresh chief executive officer Greg Dollarhyde. Givens, president of Four Crowns Inc., is a major franchise operator of Wendy's International with more than 20 Wendy's restaurants opened or under construction in the Twin Cities. ...
