Oct. 23--Southern California will need to raise $91 billion over the next 25 years on top of money already coming in to have any chance of preventing gridlock throughout the entire transportation system, according to the Regional Transportation Plan released Wednesday.

San Bernardino County needs $8.8 billion more than already budgeted to meet all its transportation needs by 2030.
