IT was not totally unexpected. But since my piece on sequestration last October 13, there has been a mild swirl of unsolicited advices coming to my direction.
Arbitration lawyers, litigation lawyers and plain notario publico have their own brief on sequestration. They continue to crowd my e-mail address, landline, those ubiquitous text messages on the cell or mobile phone.
They say that their argument can stand in court.
Prolonged sequestration virtually deprives the owner of the sequestered property his right to it is a contention that to the best of my knowledge my lawyer friends appear to agree on.
