LOS ANGELES, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas Properties Group (TPG), the developer of the 46-acre Campus El Segundo, announced today that it has filed a brief, along with the City of El Segundo, to reject an appeal before the California Court of Appeal filed by Kilroy Realty Corporation and Citizens Against Gridlock in El Segundo (CAGES). Kilroy and its funded front group, CAGES, had appealed Superior Court Judge David Yaffe's July 26, 2002 ruling which rejected Kilroy's lawsuit designed to stop the Campus El Segundo development. TPG, in its brief, called for the decision of the Superior Court to be upheld.
