MORE than three years of legal wrangling and protracted negotiations came to an end yesterday as proposals for the pounds 300 million Victoria Square scheme in Belfast were finally given the green light.
The Department of Social Development and Dutch-developers AM NV (Amstelland MDC) signed a development agreement for what will be one of the biggest retail-led regeneration projects of its type in Europe.
