Oct. 26--FORT WORTH, Texas--Several Fort Worth school district officials, including two men responsible for cleaning up waste and abuse in the maintenance department, had work done at their homes by a contractor the district is suing on allegations of fraud, a court document shows.
Some of those officials, including one of the watchdogs, have not been able to produce documents showing payments to the concrete contractor, Ray Brooks, though all say they paid him.
