Former executives have accused Mary Kay Inc. chairman and chief executive Richard Rogers of looting millions of dollars from joint ventures set up by Mary Kay and the old management team.
A lawsuit filed late Friday in state district court in Dallas is the latest volley between former top executives John Rochon and Nick G. Bouras and the son of founder Mary Kay Ash, Rogers.
Rochon, a former chief executive, and Bouras resigned from the company in mid-2001, when Rogers took control of Mary Kay.
