APPARENTLY, THIS SEASON'S HAIR fashion is all about the 1960s, which means big, bouffant hair for women and more of the same textured locks for men. How they differ from the big hair of the 1970s or 1980s is hard to fathom, but it all adds up to yet more opportunities for the manufacturers of hair styling products.

Growth has been more moderate than in previous years, but the national markets have, for the most part, benefited from the situation.
