Foreclosure action upsets development of luxury homes at Park Lane Reserve

HARRISON -- What was to have been one of the largest and most luxurious enclaves in northern Westchester is little more than a shadow of the ambitious development approved by the Harrison Town Board in September 1985.

Park Lane Reserve originally was designed for 306 single-family houses on 395 acres of wooded, undeveloped land straddling Park Lane and Buckhout roads.
