KARACHI, Oct.27 (PPI): Sindh government has voiced against the federal fiscal policies that have made the province dependent on federal government for resource generation besides burdening it with loans for undertaking development program. The province has been getting much less than the actual allocations on account of Octroi and Zila Tax on one hand while on the other it had to seek cash development loans from federal government to support the development program, revealed the Provincial Financial Accountability Assessment report- a document prepared by Finance Department of Sindh government and presented for discussion at a seminar last week in Karachi.
