Oct. 14--To lose weight, Marilyn G. Morrison headed south.
In less than three months on the South Beach Diet, Morrison dropped 24 pounds and tightened her belt five notches.
"The diet itself makes sense," says Morrison, of Lancaster. "It does not take you off carbs completely. It's a balanced diet."
