Oct. 29--Kohl's Corp. wants to makeover the way discount department stores sell cosmetics.

The retail store chain stuck a deal Tuesday with cosmetics powerhouse The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. The partnership makes Kohl's the exclusive outlet for a line being developed by Lauder's new BeautyBank division.

Executives at both companies aren't divulging any details except that shoppers will have more than one brand to chose from when the moderately-priced products are introduced to 250 Kohl's stores next fall and all stores by 2005. Kohl's current bath and body products ...
