On June 23, 2003, Tax Executives Institute filed the following brief amicus curiae in support of the petitioners with the Supreme Court of the United States in Unisys Corporation v. Pennsylvania Board of Finance and Revenue. The ease provides the Supreme Court with an opportunity to address the issue of factor representation.
