Engineering firm Policske strojirny blames lower military orders for drop in 2003 sales
Prague. October 27. INTERFAX-EUROPE - Sales of the engineering company Policske strojirny should total CZK 240 mln in 2003, down from CZK 260 mln in 2002, reports the company.
The firm expects to post a moderate profit this year, similar to that in 2002.
Policske strojirny blames the falling sales on lower orders from the Czech armed forces, for which the company converts live ammunition to practice ammunition.
